Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

3. Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your package is delayed or missing, contact, dfsdvisionary@gmail.com and we will assist you in tracking your order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” Please check with your local carrier or file a claim if necessary.

5. Address Changes & Order Modifications: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

If you need to modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for incorrect sizes or defective items. If the desired size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued.

​

3. Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and custom clothing. Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
